Description:
The project involves the construction of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant spread across an area of 20,717,050 square meters in Likong'o Village in the town of Lindi on the Indian Ocean coast. Two LNG trains are to be constructed initially at the facility with a total capacity of 15 million tonnes per annum. It is expected that up to five trains could be constructed in total, including an 810 km natural gas pipeline.
