Description:
The project involves the development of south Azadegan oilfield, that will include drilling of 53 wells. This project is a part of the larger plan that targets increase in crude output from the oilfield. With 37 billion barrels of oil, the Azadegan field is Iran’s largest, shared with neighbouring Iraq. It is located in southern Iran, 80 km west of the Khuzestan provincial city of Ahvaz.
