Sole Bidder Emerges for Grid Substation Development in Bahrain

The development involves constructing a new substation in the Sitra Industrial Area to support an associated IWPP. The scope includes designing, supplying, installing, and commissioning 400kV and 220kV GIS, 21kV switchgear, control and protection systems, ICS, telecom, and cabling. Civil works encompass building services, CCTV, and access control systems. The work requires coordination with the IWPP and will be executed through an international limited tender process.
